01 Our Mission

We maximize the impact of independent filmmakers.

We believe the gap between a film being made and a film being seen is an infrastructure problem, not a quality problem. So we build the infrastructure, and we produce the films.

Maroun NAJM

Maroun NAJM

FOUNDER CREATIVE PRODUCER

Maroun NAJM founded CULTSCALE to answer a single question: Why do brilliant films fail? The answer wasn't quality. It was infrastructure.

Drawing on 15 years of scaling media ventures, Maroun builds the systems that let independent cinema scale. His background across media, film, and technology is the framework for making a film's path to its audience deliberate, not accidental.

Beyond the infrastructure, Maroun works where story meets strategy. He backs stories that take real risks, and works closely with filmmakers so those risks land. He does not just back them. He engineers their path to the audience.

Why We Exist

Independent filmmakers are the lifeblood of cinema. They take the risks and tell the stories that matter. Yet whether that work finds its audience is still left too much to chance.

We exist to tilt the odds toward the artist. Replace the lottery of distribution with the discipline of infrastructure, and a game of chance becomes a game of skill.
